Salon & Academy Policies
Bookings & Walk-Ins
We encourage booking in advance to secure your preferred time. While we welcome walk-ins, availability is not guaranteed. A 50% deposit may be required for certain specialized hair and spa treatments at the time of booking.
Late Arrival
To enjoy your full experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will unfortunately result in a shortened treatment time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a fee applied.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Future bookings may require full pre-payment to secure your slot.
Refunds
While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we invite you to contact us within 48 hours if you are not entirely satisfied so we can make it right. Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging.
Academy Policy
Professional Beauty & Hair Training
Course Cancellations
Students must adhere to the Academy's professional code of conduct. Enrollment is secured only upon payment of the registration fee. Kits and manuals are issued after full course payment. A 90% attendance record is required for certification.
A non-refundable administration fee applies to all course bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the start date for a partial refund. No refunds or credits are issued once a course has commenced.
